BOTECH applies "standard work" within the framework of general quality management and visual controls to facilitate the detection of current status and problems. Every employee is responsible for the quality of his work and aims that bad quality does not pass to the next stage. A detailed examination of the basic features and functions of each product produced helps to ensure both the quality of the product produced and the stability of the production process.

We monitor the quality of the products we produce, taking into account the expectations of our customers, at every stage of the process, from material input to product manufacturing and shipment.

We are committed to continuing our efforts to manufacture and package our products with environmentally friendly and sustainable materials.

Occupational health and Safety

BOTECH Electronics has adopted the principle of creating a safe working environment where its employees, guests, subcontractors and interns are protected from work accidents and occupational diseases. Occupational health and safety trainings are given, which will cover everyone entering the factory and include basic safety principles.

On the basis of occupational health and safety, the concept of “preventive approach” has been implemented.
